Even though Rand has overcome the darkness within, the effects of his ta'vereness will continue to be unbalanced. This time, however, only "good" random events will surround him. He was conflicted as to who he was even before his use of the true power, but now that the true Dragon has been realized, he will be a force of pure good and only beneficial happenings will follow in his wake.

Since Elaida knows the weave for Travelling the Seanchan will be able to extort that information from her and with the aid of the Seanchan army being able to Travel they will continue to strike out at Andor and other countries.

Rand will seal the Dark One's prison by wielding Callandor in a circle with both Aes Sedai and Asha'man. He will channel the True Power along with their saidar and saidin, using the three powers to seal the bore forever.

After Lews Therin tells Rand that the previous patch on the Bore was imperfect in its Saidin-born construction, Rand will realize that he must use the True Source to patch the Bore. Therefore the DO will only be able to taint himself, and the power to remove the patch can only come from the True Source, which would be cut off to all, presumably once all the Forsaken are killed.

The Wheel of time draws on both the One power and the True power, thus it is neither good not bad. This makes it impossible to kill the Dark One, with out destroying the wheel

This is reference to Moridin laughing off Rand's suggestion that he will kill the Dark One.

Rand will not physically fight the DO, because the DO is a spirit, but rather will break the seals on the DO's prison, to prevent the age lace from unraveling. Then Rand will hold the DO at bay with help from LTT and the TP, while ogier, aiel, and tinkers sing the pattern back together.

The DO can see through Mat's eye, so he betrays Rand just by seeing things. Moiraine will tell Mat about this, and Mat will trade that eye, (sound like giving up half the light of the world to you?) for Moiraine, the finn won't even realize that they are getting a bad deal!

Loial will get support from the ogier, and sing the tree of life back to power, then, he will take the tinkers with him to the last battle, where he can use the singing of the tinkers, the singing of the ogier, the power of the tree of life, and the power of a large circle of male and female aes sedai to weave the pattern back over the bore, therefore sealing the DO's prison forever.

Galad, after killing Valda, will become commander of a separate faction of whitecloaks, that will stand for what they were meant for, and will be pivotal in the last battle, and in the reconstruction of the world afterwards.

Rand will seal the DO in his prison permanently by patching the Bore with the True Power, the counter-stroke will kill him and the DO will capture his soul, thus the pattern will continue with the DO never again able to escape and the Dragon thread will be ended.

In the last battle, almost all, or all of the aiel, and tinkers will be killed in the fight, except for Avhienda, who will have Rand's kids, allowing the aiel to live on as a remnant of a remnant.
