With the phrase that states "the blood of the dragon" shall fall upon Shayol Ghul, I think that Rand will bring the Far Dareis Mai with him and most if not all will die. This will also make Rand snap in a sense due to his not wanting females to fight for him and something will die inside him. Nynaeve will somehow cure him of this mental death and therefore he shall die to live.
