Seanchan/Chidren will be stronger so the ability will be culled out of society. It was the BA hunters in the tower that unfoiled egwene's attempt to cullendiar the harbor chains? They would then test egwene for BA and know that she isnt and she would gain credibility among them. With that credibility and the fact that she is held in secrecy she will be able to undermine from within.

Was captured by the Ajah Heads in Tar Valon. Either it was they themselves, or people they ordered that actually captured her. Their motive was because Egwene jeopardized a peaceful healing of the White Tower, which they have been planning for quite some time now as shown by the current make ups of both the Salidar Hall and the Tower Hall -- both being easily shifted once the Tower is complete to make what would be the accepted Hall of the Tower.

Moiraine will NEVER become amyrlin, because she is charged with treason for aiding the dragon reborn without consent of the tower. When she is saved from the finn, all Aes Sedai, except those sworn to Rand, that find out she's alive will try and bring her to justice at either the Tower, or the rebels.

She will escape with Faile, and sooner or later somehow meet up with Galad, Gawyn, or Elayne (I think Galad is most likely as she was held by whitecloaks and he is a whitecloak) then All three of them will know that Rand did not kill Morgase (Elayne already knows) and the world will know the truth.

Aram is a Darkfriend. After all, he is the Tinker who brings doom to Perrin as predicted by a prophecy Perrin will be saved from this doom when one of the wolves sniffs Aram out for the Darkfriend he is just before the prophecy of doom is fulfilled.

The seachen will eventualy side with Rand,(probly after he gets freed from male a'dam) Than he will demand all damane to be freed from their leashes. The way they will do this is as followed. First Aes Sedai will shield damane, than they will remove the a'adam, than they will swear the 3 oaths on the oath rod. Along with all the new novice and accepted,the sul-dam will be made novice as well because the secret will be out that they can learn to channel. Providing the Tower will be made whole again, we will see the tower full, as it was back b4 the Trolloc wars.
