Rand will form a truce with the Seanchan, during which Rodel Ituralde will attack the Seanchan with a host of "Dragonsworn". Rand will be in peril (either be captured or under attack) and be saved by Perrin, thereby fulflilling Min's "prophecy" about Perrin "being there twice" when Rand needs him.
