Graendal will lead any surviving Forsaken after the last battle (assuming any survive) and claim herself as Nae'blis.
(Why else would we see her POV in nearly every book if she weren't important?)
Mat will be made Sojihn (sp?) somehow by Tuon, and freed before the last battle to lead the combined forces to SG and marry her.

Fain will blow the horn of Valere at the last battle to keep the DO from killing Rand. Too many references to someone of shadow using HOV for it not to happen.

Elyas will be seriously injured or killed in the final books of the series. But not before his Aes Sedai tracks him down.

The Tinkers will be part of the "Remnant of a remnant" of the Aiel that survive Tarmon Gai'don. It won't be a pleasant family reunion, but the Tinkers & Aiel will learn to coexist.

Mesaana is Danelle, a Brown sister. Mesaana will flee the White Tower when Alviarin is eventually uncovered by the Sitters playing with the Oath Rod. I think Mesaana will survive the last battle.
My prediction is that the Tinkers will keep running away from violence and get destroyed anyway. Repeat until extinct.

Suroth will be torn between Anath/Semirhage's orders to help find Tuon and her previous master's orders concerning the Corenne. Depending on who finds Tuon first, Suroth and her secrets may come to light.

"Nynaeve won't be satisfied until she brings back someone 3 days in the grave"- I think that will be Rand.

Gawyn will be bonded by egwene, he will also learn his mother is still alive, but not until after helping to lay a nasty trap for Rand.
No info from CoT relates to this prediction
I have figured out a way that they may clear the ways! The ways are all that remain of the taint on Saidin and Padan Fain's dagger is all that remains of the evil of Shadar Logoth. I believe once Padan Fain is killed his dagger will be used to clear the ways once and for all. This way the evil of Shadar Logoth will actually be taken care of completely.

I think that Fain will prove the key to building a new prison for the Dark One. In a few places, it's been made clear that the evil of Mordeth and that of the Dark One are violently opposed (i.e. Rand's wounds, cleansing the taint), so he will likely prove the key to either making a seamless patch for the Bore or a new prison altogether. I'm no Aginor to figure out how to do it, but I'll look forward to book 12 or whatever to find out.
Egwene or Elayne we be captured by Lanfear/cylaine and when Nyneave comes to rescue them, Moghedien will just be killed with balefire. Third Time Unlucky.
