The Black Tower has as many followers of Light as the White Tower has Darkfriends. The WT will discover and kick out* the Black Ajah who will go to the Black Tower which will become a Dreadlord Stronghold having kicked out* or killed their own renegade followers of Light. (* meaning they would escape.)
