This is more of a birgitte prediction but it also involves Elayne. One of the three oaths is to never make a weapon with which a man can kill another man. An birgitte is always saying that she is a normal woman now are her "bow isn't silver" making reference to her bow which never misses. My prediction is that Elayne will make a weapon thet can only be used by Birgitte or a woman, therefore side-stepping the oath. (The reason I think it will be Elayne is 'cause she's the terangreal person.
