I predict during the LB, Nynaeve will have to push her limits with the power and Heal someone who has died...but she must choose between Lan or Rand, both dead. She sacrifices her love and Heals Rand from death, Stilling herself in the process.

Just as Cadsuane will teach Rand to laugh and cry, Moiraine's necessity is to teach him that sometime he's gotta suck it up and just kill Lanfear already. After killing her, Rand will forgive himself for all other female deaths and relearn how to laugh from Cadsuane.

I agree that Rand will meet a false DotNM, but it will be Liandrin <currently owned by Suroth> and she will collar and control Rand for the next umpteen books. After it is discovered that Suroth is a DF, Tuon and Mat along with Rand will prompt a true Alliance. <I also think they will use Rand while he is collared to help attack the WT>
