I agree with above. But i think it will be the forsaken that is with the seanchen who will hold the a'dam. She will not be willing to let another female put on adam and Rand will eventually over power her and get control of the circle.

It only said that Rand's blood had to be spilled on the stone's of Shayol Ghul. Never said he had to die. I also think that pretty soon now LTT will take over for a brief period of time in which he will use the Choaden Kal and go to the Black Tower to massacre Taim's buddies. Rand will regain control and name Logain new leader of the Black Tower. Logain leading the Black Tower in the Final Battle would fulfill Min's vision, and it would be really cool.
