The 3 ta'veren will be instrumental in fighting the Last Battle. The Dark One will attempt to rip apart and destroy the age lace, but the power of the 3 of them being together will cause a ton of threads to converge to one point (the battle) and make a metaphorical rope. This will give humanity the strength to withstand the Dark One when Rand breaks all of the seals and releases it.

Callandor has to be used in a circle with 3 channelers. One appears to be Rand. The other two will be Nynaeve, and Moiraine, if Rand retains control of Callandor. It will not be Elayne, Aviendha, or Egwene as they have other duties that will take precedent.

Mat will be at the White Tower with Moiraine and Thom collecting the horn when the Seanchan attack. Joline will be captured wearing the a'dam and Mat will have her released. Because of his High Blood he will be able to call of the Seanchan and make them ally to him.

The treaty made with the 'elfinns are connected to the three ta'veren. Rand has an instrument of music (the flute (and his aiel heritage with the tinker song)), Mat has fire (Aludras matches and fire-crackers) and Perrin has iron (being a blacksmith and all). Together the can use it against the shadow in the Last Battle.

Rand will link with Nynaeve and Narishma at the last battle to wield Callandor. Nynaeve will use Saidar, Narishma Saidin, and Rand the True Power, thus "The three become one."
I'm not sure the exact prophecy, but my wife came up with this one during a reread.

Rand will find a way to rescue Lanfear/Mierin/Cyndane because she is the one who first found the Dark One and she was clearly part of the team that bored into the Dark One's prison, as seen in Rand's ancestor's memories. Rand will realize he needs her help to reseal the Bore, making the Dark One's prison whole.

I think that Demandred is sowing Chaos in Seanchan. So how fitting would it be that after Rand makes his Alliance with Fortuona and they start heading towards the last battle. Demandred arrives from the south leading the remainder of the Seanchan forces to begin an attack sandwiching all of the forces.

Perhaps it is Rands fate to die in an attempt to seal the dark ones prison for instance if he were to go personally into the dark ones prison, Mordeth would follow him in there, they could seal the bore around the 3 of them. Rand would die and then Rand could be brought back by the creator to help finish the battle and the remaining forsaken.
poop. He'll probably also free Lanfear and bring her back to the light.

I predict that Mat will inherit all of Noal(Jain Farstrider) memories via Aelfinn/Eelfinn. They didn't kill him immediately, and got all of his memories and sensations before finishing the deed.
