My theory is that the army that is about to attack caemlyn is from the two rivers. perrin told no one that he planned to leave so the villagers think he was taken. the easiest way to explain his disappearence would be the queen of andor took him for carving out his own country. they are going to try to find him, even if they dont think that andor took him it is the best place to start to look for him.
