I am assuming that the next book will be full of Black Tower, White Tower, and Caemlyn events. I wonder how long Rand will be "unconscious" and where Cadsuane will take him. But maybe he will go after them in Tear. I would like to see Rand go into battle without the taint.

Don't you think that with Perrin and Mat in the vicinity of the Seanchan that it would be those two who conquer the Seanchan. Rand, hopefully, will not play such a great part in the next book and maybe this will finally be the one book which will give Perrin a more important role so as to quiet his detractors. I don't think Rand will be involved with the Seanchan at all in this next book. He will probably be unconscious most of the time.

Pity Perrin just dithered for the whole book - the most decisive thing he did in all of CoT was to check the grain before agreeing to buy. <br><br>The little note he's now got from High Lady Suroth (via Berelain) may be handy when dealing with the Seanchan forces - maybe a way to bolster his strength against Masema (or the Shaido if he ever gets around to doing something).

Remember in 3 books rand must attain half of his known world and get rid of BA and evil aiel. He did send someone to offer a truce to the seanchan and i think it either works or mat and his 9 moons woman have a bigt part to play.

I think that a major storyline is coming up soon with Rand and the Seanchan, and I think that the seanchan prophecy involving Rand kneeling to the Crystal Throne will be an important part of it.
