I don't think so, Egwene would have let them know and this army is coming with purpose. Plus Egwene is going to the White Tower, not to Caemlyn.

Tamyrlin I agree with you mostly. Egwene's army is going to Tar Valon. But there is one thing I doubt that they would go around Andor. Obviously they could travel to Tar Valon, but Egwene is holding out to allow the army to grow so they are traveling crosscountry. Besides the only other "army" in the area is the Shaido, but in WH in the first few chapters when Faile is inprisoned by the Shaido she sees the large flow of the Aiel heading east. From what I have read it seems they would have to head North to get to Andor. So my point is that I do not think any army is headed to attack Camelyn, instead Egwene will go there on her way to the White Tower and will support Elayne's succesion to the Lion Throne.

So that army is not even in this picture, besides wasn't the mysterious army of 20,000 out east, who is out there? Gawn might have came down the river from Tar Valon, where there are the loyal to the queen Andorans shunned by Gabrielle/Ravin could they e the ones? who else is out east? mmmmmm
