Hello again. I was just reading through the Fel section that seems so popular and I noticed a few statements I wouldlike to refute.
First, The seals are not the patch
People are becoming too focused on the seals as the patch in the dark one's prison. The seals are merely foci of power. When LTT sealed the bore he had only men with him thus he could not form a circle. The benefit of circles is not in increases in power but increases in accuracy and control. Lacking the circle the male channelers needed objects to focus the one power ie the seals. I view the patch like a large steel plate held down by seven bolts. The plate is made of saidin and the seals are the bolts holding it down. When a circle of men and women are used to make the patch again they will not need any seals. The difference may seem pedantic but I believe it is important.
Secondly, There are not 6 gholam running around.
Only one has been reported alive. I don't think any forsaken would want to waste a resourse like a gholam by leaving it in the one city. The gholam would be sent somewhere using travelling and then picked up again ASAP. Also the forsaken in control wouldn't want it out of his sight too long as one of the others might grab it. As for why use a gholam on Fel I think it was RJ's way of telling us that the death is important, (I know it's convient but only time can prove me wrong)Thats all for now I'll send you another one 5-6hrs after BK8 is released.

1998-07-10 The imagery about the seal works out nicely to represent the true meaning of the patch, I hope that helps to clear up some misunderstanding.
