In his last note to Rand, Fel says "Belief and order give strength, Must clear rubble before you can build" I am not sure about belief and order, but the rubble has to be the current seal on the dark one's prison. Thus: Lews Therin says "Break the Seals." Build: Rand makes the new seal at Tarmon Gaidon. If anyone disagrees with me on this, think about all of the conversations that Fel and Rand had concerning the seals on the Dark One's Prison. But who could have known that they were talking about that? If anyone can figure it out, please post it.
