I'm new here so I'll try not to offend anyone. The argument that I see going on is weather Tam al'Thor was a Warder, or if he was Warder trained. Let's look at the facts, that we are aware of, Tam left the Two Rivers seeking adventure and ended up Second in Command of the Companions of Illian. I'm going to pause here and pose a question: Who was first? Who better to lead the Companions than a Warder? Most probably the Warder of the advisor to the King! So that would give Tam access to a Warder w/out him being the former Warder of a dead Aes Sedai, who hardly survive.
