Moridin has the saa in his eyes. Moggy said that it takes a while for the saa to appear. I can only assume that this while is close to the time it takes a man to go insane from the taint. I think it is improbable that reincarnated Ishy arrived on the scene much before Aran and Osan, if they are Agi and Bal, they had about a year of death up on Ishy. I don't think the timeline fits. Damn I wish RJ would date his books.
