I believe that Shadar Haran is a cross between a trolloc and a human. First, he has a sense of humor.He's extremely tall and has extra powers. Lurks don't have senses of humor, there only above average height and can't set spears on fire. The only way he could get all that if there was some human blood in the mix. It's said fades are throw backs almost to the human in them. Human blood would bring that out more, so that's why I think he's the son of a trolloc and a human.
