Okay, this is the first time in a really long while that I've been on the net for WoT, and the first time that I've been here. Also, I don't really have anyone to bounce theories off, plus it's been awhiles since my last run through of the series, but here's my thought: That person who was speculating on whether there is a mirror world in which saidin is not tainted is insane. I cannot recall off the top of my head where it is, but I distinctly remember during a discussion of the mirror worlds, someone who knew about them answered the question of whether there are infinite Creators and Dark Ones for the infinite worlds, and the answer was no. If the DO is free in one world, he is free in all of them if he touches the world in one, he touches them all. So it stands to reason that the taint, as a byproduct of his touch, would also be in every world. Get it?
