I'm wondering if Cadsuane will teach the Ash that they must submit to collars. The damn collars are so hated, and the woman is obviously the messenger of some bad news, that the two seem to fit together. RJ always has us hating aspects of his stories, only to force us to turn and accept the same aspects.
