After reading PoD, I realized that the thing that Cadsuane must teach Rand and the Asha'man is what she was discussing with Sorilea. Taim is turning the Asha'man into mindless killers, and Rand is becoming rock hard and dead to the world. When Sorilea and Cadsuane help out Rand and the Asha'man and teach them, then the madness problems will decrease. I also think that Rand will find a way to remove the taint on the one power, but only time will tell.
