I think this is a credible idea although it seems that what Cadsuane will teach is something more 'potent'. Teaching someone how to link doesn't require them to do so, in other words, the Asha'man would say "Whatever you old wench," and walk away. Min's comments seem more geared towards something that they will 'have' to come to terms with.
