I believe that moiraine has to be alive for this reason: Min had an unfullfilled viewing about her. Therefore, she must be back for the fullfillment. Besides, just going to (Eelfinn, or Aelfinn land, I'm not sure which) doesn't kill someone. She's just whooping up Lanfear with both angreals (her own from beginning, and the acrobat one , and we know you can use two at once from Rand's fight with Asmo). Besides, you can keep the Aelfinn/Eelfinn at bay with the Power (Rand's fire sword in Shadow Rising). Now, as long as she isn't stupid enough to make any bad deals, like Mat, she shouldn't be harmed by the foxes. All she must do is sit tight. (Maybe escape through Tel'aran' but unlikely because she isn't a Dreamer). We know where the Tower of Genjei _is_, from the The World of Robert Jordan's the Wheel of Time: p.245, Ancient Wonders "...set back from the river's (Arinelle) edge, is a featureless tower of burnished steel standing two hundred feet tall, and fourty feet in diameter.
