He's necessary to the pattern that's. Rand will fall without him. He's gonna lead the animals of the forest for Rand into the last battle. How else did you think the dragon reborn was to lead the beasts of the forest.

1998-07-01 True, without him Rand will fall, they all need eachother. I would just like to see Perrin do something soon that delves more into his strengths and not just the relationship side of him.
