It could not have been any of the Forsaken, because Asmod was surprised by the killers identity "You?", and he would not have been surprised if it were one of the Forsaken, as he expects them to try to kill him. This leads me to believe that it was someone Asmod knew, or recognized, but was not someone he had known was a DF. I havent yet puzzled out who, but Im working on it.
