Explanation: Saidar and saidin are related. Two halves and all this. So if you "spoil" one, you spoil the other. The woman don't turn mad, but the are growing lesser: Less channelers, and less powerful. Let's look at the facts: The Forsaken were amomg the most powerful, so how many women are as strong as them? One: Nyavene. Let's suppose that Elayne, Egwene, Avhienda and Cadsuane would over-average in the AoL. We have not heard about many women who could be "average": Siuan, Moraine, Bera, Kimura, Romanda and a few others. And there is about one thousand AS. On the other side, the asha'man are more or less two hundred, but most of them are at least "average" for the AoL, and quite a few are Forsaken level: Rand, Taim, Darshiva, Logain, and maybe others we don't know yet (true, Tain or Darshiva or both may be actual forsaken, but it's another essay. Conclussion: Men are turning mad and women are slowly dissapearing. Nice for the DO, isn't it? (I suggest the readers to look my theory about the seals). If you dissagree, it's fine. Just send me your name, photo, address and some places were you can be found, and I'll send you my grey men in short order.

1998-07-01 How can the taint differentiate in regards to how it affects each half differently?

1998-07-24 Saidar isn't tainted. The reason females are growing lesser is that channeling is genetic, and Aes Sedai don't havekids, and only male channelers who don't have the ability inborn might have children.
