Well, I guess that this theory is coming to an end. On the message board in Theoryland, someone stated that RJ said that the problem with saidin in Ebou Dar was due to the Bowl, but not the way we thought. The Bowl was used to do something that it wasn't meant to do and the effect of this was through the OP, it caused say and aftershock in the Source. So, when an Aes Sedai or Asha'man weild the OP, it doesn't feel the same and they have problems using it in that area. The next question is, will it spread?
