Regarding the Seals and Fel

Fel mentioned removing the rubble before starting anew, or something of the sort (i don't remember exactly where). according to what someone wrote, every turn of the wheel the DO tries to get loose, and he is sealed again. LTT might be a bit insane (just a bit?), but he has some senses about him. for proof you can see how he helped rand escape the box. Against common belief, the DO DOESN'T WANT the seals to be broken. i'm sure the forsaken or even some DF's could have accomplished that quite easily. If Fel was right (and wierdly enough, no one considered the possibility he wasn't) the seals must be broken, and then rebuilt, because they are weak. i was thinking the AS or Rand will 'melt' the seals, and reforge them. but, if they wait too long, the seals will be completely useless, and even reforging them won't be enough. but, this creates a wierd contradiction. if Taim is Demen (what i personally belive), then why did he give the seal to Rand? as a sign of trust? wouldn't he just rather hide it for ever? so either my theory is wrong, or Taim isn't Demen, OR right now the DO is willing to risk it for new dreadlords (that's what i believe Taim is doing).

Why do you say that the "DO doesn't want the seals broken?" Isn't it the weakening of the seals that is allowing him to further influence the world? Wouldn't he want them destroyed before anyone figures out how to reseal his prison for good? And what will rebuilding the seals do?
