When Flinn was healing Rand at the end of ACoS, he was talking about his past, and how he came to begin practicing Healing. Near the end, he said: "Then one day Dashiva here -pardon Asha'man Dashiva - says he wonders why it's all the same, no matter if a man's got a broke leg or a cold, and we got to talking, and...Well, he's got no feel for it, himself, but me, seems I got the knack you might say. The Talent. So I started thinking, what if I.." He then finishes with Rand and stops talking. This little paragraph led me to wonder though: what is Flinn talking about? The first thing that comes to mind for me is curing the taint on saidin. hmmm...any thoughts?
