We know from the teachings of old Fel and from logic that if the wheel of time rotates, that at one point in time the bore is drilled, then patched. But as the wheel turns youll get to the same point in time where the bore will open then be sealed. So its got to be done 'proper like' by the Creator. So perhaps the creator creates the world, in the second age the Bore is drilled, then for the next five its a battle with the dark one until the dark one gets free and the Creator says "oh, darn" and starts it all over again sealing the Dark One Anew. The Creator can do that Cause he's the Creator. The Dark One can't Create S**t.
