I believe that the kingdom High Lord Darlin and Lady Caraline Damodred will recieve is Tear. The description of the crown is one we've never heard of before. It's meant to have a single sword through it. Darlin was a High Lord in Tear so the people would accept him. Min saw him as the ruler as opposed to Caraline. Also this new throne was what Anaiyella wanted and i don't think RJ would have introduced that little story for no reason.
