I think the tiny dragons that Egwene and Perrin saw swirling around Rand in their Dreams is about Rand accepting being theDragon Reborn. Egwene saw Rand on his knees (in pain? I don't remember) -not having accepted it yet and being hurt by it. Perrin saw him standing with his hands raised, laughing like a loon. - having accepted the fact and rocking the world.
