Logic dictates that if anyone in this series is dead it's freakin' Rhavin. He was killed by balefire and is therefore outside of time. The darkone even said so in LoC. But I don't trust Jordan to leave anyone dead. Especially not forsaken. So where is he? He is outside time. And where could that be? With the finns. Maybe he is a finn now. Maybe that's how you get to be a finn. Someone has to blast you ass with balefire. It's probably wrong, but it is a great example of the paranoia RJ can create in his readers.
