I realize this is not much of a theory, but I believe that the strength in the One Power after being stilled is dependent upon the genders of those involved. My evidence for this is that when Nynaeve healed Logain, he returned to full strength, yet when she healed Suiane and Lianne, they were nowhere near their regular strengths. It would appear that the opposite half of the True Source is needed to fully heal stilling.
