Not a Weather Man Nor a Horserider

Five minutes ago I was rereading POD for about the fourth time, and I came upon an interesting quote that says it all about Dashiva: "Dashiva, slumped in his gray's saddle like a man who had never seen a horse before, muttered angrily under his breath. In the Old Tongue, which he spoke and read as fluently as a scholar. Rand knew a little, though not enough to understand what the fellow was mumbling. Probably complaints about the weather; despite being a farmer, Dashiva disliked being out-of-doors unless the skies were clear." (Page 287 third paragraph) The part about the old tongue is self explanatory, but I want to investigate the part about the weather. Dashiva is obviously not a farmer, and I'm wondering why Rand never picked up on him being such a shady character (Or did he. I mean, how many people, much less farmers from the black hills, speak the old tongue fluently). Also, I seem to recall one of the forsaken (I think it was Moridin) talk about how in his time weather was carefully regulated and controlled with ter'angreal (such as the Bowl of the Winds). Wouldn't Dashiva be a little unused to lack of good weather at all times. Also, about the horse. I wonder if horses were widely used in the AoL by channelers who could travel to anywhere they wanted to go. A farmer would definetly be used to them, but not someone who never needed one. I think that this confirms that Dashiva is one of the forsaken, possibly Demandred, but probably Osangar. Comments anyone?

I haven't ever wanted to take a stand on this theory, but the more I read about it, Dashiva has too many quirks and has made too many underneath his breath comments to be something insignificant...I just might have to join that faction...
