a GOI theory

Hey everyone. <br> As stated in the Telaranrhiod (Gap of Infinity) section of the <a href="http://www.theoryland.com/studies.php?page=unseenworld" target="_new">studies link</a> in this site it is said that in the GOI all dreams from all worlds are present together. <br> <i>"The GOI is the area we are introduced to that Egwene travels to in TAR. In this realm, she is formless, floating in a "sea of stars". Each of these stars, or bright lights, symbolises the dreams of all people on all worlds."</i> <br> Well if this is so than in other worlds(apart from the true world Randland) there are people who are the same as those in the Randland (As in two Nynaeves. Both Nynaeve's dreams would be present in the Gap of Infinity apparently. If that is true then a Dreamwalker (such as Egwene) who can enter the GOI looking for (lets stick with our first example) Nynaeves dream bubble to examine her dreams finds said bubble but if it is a Nynaeve of a diffrent world then the information received in that dream could be false or if the Dreamwalk (Egwene) requested Nynaeve to enter the World of Dreams as to talk to Nynaeve it could be possible that the Nynaeve Egwene communicated with is not the Nynaeve of the real world so that could distort things in the world which this second Nynaeve exists. <br>And in doing so it could mess up the whole of the pattern (couldnt it) and so I do not think all dreams exist on the same plane of the GOI because if they did it could create major problems.

Since I was part of the study, I will respond. Within the study, further down, regarding the Gap of Infinity you will find this quote from the books, ""Formless, she floated deep within an ocean of stars, infinite points of light glimmering in an infinite sea of darkness, fireflies beyond counting flickering in an endless night. Those were dreams, the dreams of everyone sleeping anywhere in the world, maybe of everyone in all possible worlds, and this was the gap between reality and Tel'aran'rhiod." This is Egwene's thought, Jordan's thought, if you will. So, no I don't think it is a problem. Each of the dreams has a signature; the Egwene of the Real World would learn how to find the Nynaeve of the Real World. Is it possible she could locate the dream of Nynaeve from a Mirror World? Not sure, maybe, but as Egwene says, the lights in the GOI are numberless. But, as Lanfear tells Loial, you could find a Mirror World where you could meet yourself, so technically, you could find your mirror's dream.
