I reckon Olver might be gaidal caine.. altho this is a weak point..about someone said elayne and da krewz had found the bowl of da wind..and the two rusted swords And just before the Seanchan Strikes...Mat was looking for Olver ... It might be that Olver went back to the Slum area of Ebou Dar to retrieve the swords.
